Question- Does the Quran make reference to String Theory or M-Theory? NO
The fundamental aspect of the study of Quran and science is to find an alignment between a SCIENTIFIC FACT and a Quranic verse. Theses scientific facts cannot be proved to be wrong, are accepted by the overwhelming majority of scientists and are not subject to change based on new scientific discoveries.
As researchers WE DO NOT FIND AN ALIGNMENT WITH QURANIC VERSES AND THEORIES THAT ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AND CAN BE PROVEN TO BE WRONG IN A FEW GENERATIONS. The Quran is a timeless fact and transcends making reference to any theories with flaws in it and that can be modified or improved as time progresses

Scientific facts- universe is expanding, earth is rotating around the sun, sun is rotating around the centre of the milky way , life forms contain water – Theses scientific facts can be aligned with Quranic verses.
Whats the problem with string theory?
1-The string theory and M theory lack of experimental evidence since the strings are so tiny it’s nearly impossible to experiment with them and check the validity of the theory itself or the mathematics explained by it. (M-theory is a theory in physics that unifies all versions of superstring theory.)
There is no direct experimental evidence for string theory. In many ways, the string theory is a mathematical construct, only, and fails to be a proper scientific hypothesis exactly because it isn’t testable.
2-There is no consensus among leading physicists that string theory is to be accepted as a universal theory explaining all matter in the universe.
3-String theory is said to be fundamentally incompatible with our current understanding of dark energy and only with dark energy can we explain the accelerated expansion of our universe.
4- It was reformulated a lot of times based on new theories and concepts and will still be reformulated.
5- There has been a disagreement on the number dimensional elements ie.10 and 11 and still no solution is given.The physicists that claim to have a consistent theory of quantum gravity cannot agree on the number of dimensions!
6-When the strings dont intertwine our universe holds good but this gives no space for pocket dimensions like general relativity (electrons go missing while jumping energy levels giving a theory of pocket dimensions), if the pocket dimensions do exist then the universe implodes which doesnt happen.
7-The biggest drawback of string theory is that even it cannot specify the reason for the bashing of strings or even membranes for that matter.
