The universe /outer space and its contents (planets,stars,dark matter ,dark energy) is more sophisticated and complex than the human body.Any cosmologist/astrophysicist and biologist will concur. Below are several Quranic statements that inform us of this.
Quran 40 57
The creation of the heavens and earth is greater than the creation of mankind, but most of the people do not know.
لَخَلْقُ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ أَكْبَرُ مِنْ خَلْقِ ٱلنَّاسِ وَلَـٰكِنَّ أَكْثَرَ ٱلنَّاسِ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ
Quran 36 81
Is not the One Who created the heavens and the earth, capable of creating the similar to them. Yes, indeed! He is the Supreme Creator, the All-Knowing.
وَلَـيْسَ الَذِى خَلَقَ السَّمَـوتِ وَالاٌّرْضَ بِقَـدِرٍ عَلَى أَن يَخْلُقَ مِثْلَهُم بَلَى وَهُوَ الْخَلَّـقُ الْعَلِيمُ
Quran 79 27-28
Are you a more difficult creation or is the heaven? Allah constructed it. He raised its ceiling and proportioned it.
ءَأَنتُمْ أَشَدُّ خَلْقًا أَمِ ٱلسَّمَآءُ ۚ بَنَىٰهَا
رَفَعَ سَمْكَهَا فَسَوَّىٰهَا
Allah SWT and His Prophet SAW know best
